Our Purpose
For the next 10 years our purpose is to be protagonists in the development and improvement in the city of Detroit and surrounding areas. The challenge of building neighborhoods or real estate ventures arises from the need to start inclusive businesses that generate sustainable communities over time.
Our System
To develop most of our real estate projects we rely on a cooperative system. This means that the funds to carry them out are contributed by all investors. Our role is to manage these funds in the most efficient way to be able to offer the best returns to our investors.
Also, to respond to other types of demand, we have implemented different systems to cover the different needs of design, construction or remodeling of already inhabited houses.
